Yes, I had the same issue to the point that the pants are unusable. I emailed their customer service and received no response. Horrible customer service, especially when there are so many other brands out there. I will never purchase another venom product; what's the use if you can't even use it?

sorry if this double posts. Will an A2s, for a 6'2, 190lb person be to small? I am thinking I need an A3, but I really want one of these so maybe I can squeeze into an A2s. : )
